Custom night guards protect from excessive night-time grinding. Night guards are a proactive approach to protecting your natural teeth, existing crowns, bridges, implants, and veneers from pain or fracture. Symptoms of night-time grinding and teeth clenching include:
- Waking up regularly with headaches
- Waking up often with an aching jaw
- A noticeable clicking noise that is made when making simple movements such as chewing or yawning
Made with thin, form fitting materials, night guards are put in place to take the brunt of the grinding.
